Permissions

You will require an Access Role with the following permissions:

Expenses

The list of possible expenses entries with a Claim History are detailed below:

• "Claim submitted."
  
  
• "The claim has been sent to the next stage and is awaiting claim item approval by the assignment supervisor(s)."
  
  
• "Claim submission halted due to one or more assignment numbers not having a supervisor defined."
  
  
• "The claim has been sent to the next stage and is awaiting claim item approval by the cost code owner(s)."
  
  
• "Claim submission halted due to one or more expense item cost codes not having an owner defined, default owner or line manager defined."
  
  
• "The claim has been sent to the next stage and is waiting to be allocated to an approver"
  
  
• "Claim No {ClaimNumber} submitted. The claim has been sent to the next stage and is awaiting approval by {CheckerTitle} {CheckerForename} {CheckerSurname}"
  
  
• "The Claim has been sent to the Verification stage and is awaiting approval by {CheckerTitle} {CheckerForename} {CheckerSurname}.  This is due to changes which have exceeded the tolerance of {ToleranceValue}%."
  
  
• "The claim has been sent to the next stage and is awaiting approval by {CheckerTitle} {CheckerForename} {CheckerSurname}"

Expedite

The list of possible Expedite entries with a Claim History are detailed below:

• "Claimant declared matching is complete. Claim advanced to the next stage."
  
  
• "The claim has no validatable items, therefore the stage will be skipped."
  
  
• "The claim has been sent to the next stage and is awaiting validation."
  
  
• "The claim has no envelopes for scan and attach, therefore the stage will be skipped."
  
  
• "All envelopes have already been scanned and attached, therefore the stage will be skipped."
  
  
• "The claim has been sent to the next stage and is awaiting scan and attach."
  
  
• "Previous validation results are no longer applicable."
  
  
• "Expense will be marked for receipt re-validation."
