Permissions
You will require the following permissions:
- The relevant item role that allows you to claim mileage expenses.
When using Address+ there are some considerations to make about which service to include. This will determine the level of service you receive and how much you’ll pay for each postcode look up. The costs will vary depending on which service is chosen.
The service levels available are:

Standard Service
When searching for an address, the provider we use now supplies the data to premise level. When using the 'Standard' service, you will be able to search for addresses using the postcode. If you have pre-populated the system with your own manual addresses, these can be searched for using any part of the address details.
Standard+ Service
The 'Standard+' service provides the same features as the 'Standard' service, with the additional benefit of being able to perform International lookups using latitude and longitude coordinates of an address. Assure Expenses detects the user's default country setting and displays the respective country flag.
Premium Service
This service allows you to search for a location using address level or premise level data, supplied by organisations such as Ordnance Survey. You can also search using a postcode or any part of the address you know. The 'Premium' service will then return address and premise information. In addition, you will also be able to search for company names, road junctions, points of interest and any part of the address details.
Premium+ Service
The 'Premium+' service provides the same features as the 'Premium' service, with the additional benefit of even greater address level accuracy by performing look-ups using the latitude and longitude coordinates of an address. This service is available for UK and International addresses.
