Enhancements
- We've made an update in 'Administrative Settings | Tailoring | Company Details | Financial Year'. Now, the system administrator is able to update the 'Financial Year' description. In addition, we've added validation controls to prevent duplicate entries, empty values, and descriptions that exceed 50 characters. (202894)
- We've restricted the deletion of a financial year definition when it is referenced in report filter criteria, whether by its description or a unique identifier. This additional safeguard ensures data integrity and prevents the removal of the financial year that's currently in use. (202895)
- We've added new validation when saving 'General Details' that prevents the saving of 'General Options' until the main administrator details are provided. Now, if the 'Main Administrator' field is empty, Assure Expenses displays a warning message: “You have not set the main administrator details, meaning your system alerts will not be received.” This change ensures that notifications sent from Assure Expenses or Driver Compliance that are intended for the main system administrator always have a recipient. Bug Fixes
- We've fixed an issue where work addresses created by the ESR Assignment Locations daily scheduled task had a 'NULL' value for the 'CreatedOn' column instead of the current date and time. (203509)
