Enhancements
- We've made enhancements to the notification service for 'Driver Compliance'.
When a licence lookup is performed and the company has run out of credits, the system returns error code 501, which triggers an email notification to the main system administrator as defined in 'Tailoring | General Options'. We've updated the email template for this notification to include instructions for a new process for arranging a top-up that prevents future lookup delays. (201432)
To improve the 'Licence Check' experience and reduce delays in mileage claims, we’ve introduced a proactive notification system for customers nearing depletion of 'Driver Compliance' credits. A new email template titled "Action Required - Low Driver Compliance Credits" will alert users when their remaining credits are low, guiding them through the top-up process. This enhancement streamlines operations for claimants and internal teams, including Finance, Account Management, and Support. (201433, 201434)
