Enhancements

• We've updated the logon page in Assure Expenses with a more modern design. This change affects the appearance only and does not change the existing functionality, user credentials, or single sign-on (SSO) experience. (201211) 
• We've updated all menu pages in Assure Expenses with a more modern design. On the home page, we've moved the most frequently used options to the top of the page, making them easier for users to find and access. This update changes the visual design only and does not affect existing functionality. (201244) 
• We've updated the menu containers and menu icons throughout Assure Expenses with a more modern design. This change replaces legacy components and provides a more consistent user experience across the application. (201247)
• We've added new dashboard tiles that display the number of current claims, claims submitted for approval and past claims. For approvers, an additional tile shows the number of claims awaiting approval. These tiles provide a clearer visual overview, adapt to the selected display theme and provide direct navigation to the relevant area of the system. (201248)
• We've updated the buttons in Assure Expenses, such as 'Save' and 'Cancel', with a more modern design. The buttons now update automatically when users change their selected theme. This enhancement affects the appearance only and does not change the existing functionality. (201252)

• We've added support for viewing existing receipts in the 'Receipt Wallet' in Assure Expenses. Receipts that users add in the mobile application now appear in the desktop application, giving users access to their receipts across both applications. (199706)
• We've added the ability to upload receipts directly to the 'Receipt Wallet', allowing users to manage receipt images from either the web or mobile application. (199707) 
• We've added support for creating expense items from receipts stored in the 'Receipt Wallet'. Claimants can now select a receipt from the wallet and add it directly to their current claim using either the desktop or mobile application. (199708) 
• We've added a new option to remove receipt images from the 'Receipt Wallet' in Assure Expenses. This change brings the web application in line with the mobile application experience. (163740) 
• We've added OCR processing to provide a consistent experience across the web and mobile applications. When users add a receipt to the 'Receipt Wallet', the system immediately submits the image for OCR processing. If the image quality is sufficient, the system automatically identifies the receipt date, currency, total amount and any sales tax. (199705) 

Bug Fixes

• As part of the new UI design, we've fixed an issue on the 'Employees' page where the 'Default Cost Code' dropdown list displayed cost codes in an unsorted order. Assure Expenses now displays cost codes in the correct order, making them easier to find and select. (196669)
