The second half of FY26 has been all about making Assure Expenses smarter, simpler, and more aligned with how you work. From expanding 'Driver Compliance' tools to enhancing data management and claim accuracy, these updates reflect your feedback through our customer sessions and Ideas Portal.
🌟 Let's take a look at what's new:
'Driver Compliance' - streamline the driver licence ad-hoc credit top-up service. We've simplified the process for topping up licence check credits with clearer notifications and direct actions.
Allow 'Driver Compliance' options to be specified for individual mileage expense items to provide more detailed control over which 'Driver Compliance' checks are applied in different scenarios.
Additional columns for all 'Driver Compliance' menus to add extra information, such as employee names, to improve visibility and identification in menus.
Enhancements for financial year definitions to improve financial year settings with safeguards to prevent conflicts with retention and reporting data.
Updates to the claim approval page display for teams to optimise how the system displays large volumes of claims, allowing faster access and approval.
Updates to ensure the main administrator is set so system alerts are always received.
Implemented excess mileage options for the mobile app to align with the web functionality.
Improved system observability for better performance monitoring.
Updated colour branding for the mobile app and API documentation.
Updated address lookup service for international addresses with more detailed and accurate location data.
Streamlined the Assure Expenses Expedite receipt validation checking service to deliver faster results.
New 'Driver Compliance' history log for driver licence lookup credit usage for better visibility and tracking.
Improved the process for failed 'Driver Compliance' documents to enable users to update and resubmit failed documents without creating new records.
Extended data purge options for GDPR data retention rules to include corporate card transactions for better GDPR compliance.
New standard reports for 'Driver Compliance' based on licence points for proactive risk management.
