Enhancements

• We've strengthened the application security by blocking unauthorised access to claim details through the 'Claim Viewer' 'Print' option. This update resolves a vulnerability we've identified during penetration testing. (203222) 
• We've introduced rate limits for password reset requests to improve security. The system now allows up to three requests per email address within 15 minutes and up to five requests across different email addresses from the same IP address. The system displays a clear notification when a user exceeds either limit. (203223) 
• We've added CSV and Excel export options to the 'Driver Compliance Credit Usage Log'. The export reflects the filters that users apply. Only users with permission to view the 'Credit Usage Audit Log' can access these export options. (204185) 
• We've added a new email notification for bank account additions and updates. The notification provides clients with clear and user-friendly information about account changes. (204458) 
• We've increased the data purge timeout value to allow the system to process and delete all eligible records. This change reduces unnecessary data retention and supports compliance with data protection requirements. (205651) 
• We've added India to the 'Address Lookup Service'. Claimants can now search for and select addresses when they submit mileage claims for journeys within India. (205689) 
• We've updated the 'Duty of Care DVA (NI) Licence' form to require uploads of both the 'Driving Licence Front' and 'Driving Licence Back' images. This change ensures that the system captures current licence evidence for compliance and verification purposes. (205745) 
• We've removed the mandatory 'DVA Licence Summary' field and its associated comment box from the 'DVA (NI) Licence' review page. This change simplifies the review process for 'Duty of Care' administrators. (205746) 
• We've added a new 'Driver Compliance' report that identifies drivers with valid licences who require a renewed DVLA lookup based on the organisation's configured frequency. The report improves visibility of overdue licence checks and supports ongoing compliance with 'Duty of Care' requirements. (205754)
