Enhancements
- We've added support for China, Hong Kong, and the UAE in the GBG Loqate address and distance lookup service, which enables employees in these countries to claim mileage using address-based location validation. (206433)
- We've added a new 'Duty of Care' setting in 'Administrative Settings | Tailoring | General Options | New Expenses' that allows administrators to prevent employees and delegates from approving their own driver compliance documents. When enabled, users cannot approve their own driving licence, or vehicle documents. This enhancement strengthens compliance controls and reduce approval risks. (202900)
- We've enhanced the Data Retention process to correctly remove split expense relationships when deleting eligible expenses. This prevents orphaned records and foreign key constraint errors. (206540)
- We've enhanced the GDPR employee data deletion process to improve the reliability of record removal. The system now identifies and handles additional employee references, automatically clears eligible employee data relationships, and validates mandatory dependencies before processing deletions. (205929)
- We've improved the report scheduler to optimise retry processing and prevent memory leaks. The system now automatically removes failed one‑time schedules and applies controlled retries to recurring schedules, improving reliability and performance. (206521)
- We've fixed an issue in 'Driver Compliance' that prevented users from saving non‑GB driving licences with a validity period of exactly 12 months. Previously, the system allowed only validity periods greater than 12 months. Now, the system accepts licence expiry dates that are 12 months or more after the start date. (206521)
Bug Fixes
- We've fixed an issue in 'Driver Compliance' where the system did not fully clear the consent status after a user revoked DVLA consent. Employees with a valid manually entered driving licence are now able to claim mileage expenses successfully. (205951)
