You may use these to update any of your own documentation, or you may use the individual user guides (numbered 01 to 11) to communicate to your Expenses claimants and approvers.
These screenshots are provided as individual examples of the new design only.
They have been kept generic for a wider audience, but there may be examples that do not entirely match your Expenses configuration settings.
The designs could be updated between this document creation and the release of the new version of Expenses, but any changes are expected to be minimal.
