Enhancements

• We've implemented a new light theme for Assure Expenses that allows users to personalise the application's appearance. This enhancement helps support the latest accessibility standards. (201234)

• We've updated the title bar in Assure Expenses with a more modern design. This change affects the appearance only and does not change the existing functionality. (201245)
• We've updated the breadcrumbs in Assure Expenses with a more modern design. This change affects the appearance only and does not change the existing functionality. (201246)
• We've updated the menu containers and menu icons throughout Assure Expenses with a more modern design. This change replaces legacy components and provides a more consistent user experience across the application. (201247)
• We've added new dashboard tiles that display the number of current claims, claims submitted for approval and past claims. For approvers, an additional tile shows the number of claims awaiting approval. These tiles provide a clearer visual overview, adapt to the selected display theme and provide direct navigation to the relevant area of the system. (201248) 
• We've implemented new themes in Assure Expenses that allow users to choose their preferred display settings. Available options now include Light, Light High Contrast, Dark, and Dark High Contrast. These themes help support the latest accessibility standards. (201251)
• We've added a new navigation option to the side menu. Now, when users click their username, Assure Expenses directs them to their account details. (201254)

• We've updated the error pages in Expenses with a more modern design and simpler instructions. This includes Page Not Found and permission‑related error pages that appear when users do not have access to view content. (201298)

Bug Fixes

• As part of the new UI design, we've fixed an issue on the 'Employees' page where the 'Default Cost Code' dropdown list displayed cost codes in an unsorted order. Assure Expenses now displays cost codes in the correct order, making them easier to find and select. (196669)
